Back from the Tour de Kimber...

I've been back in Austin a little over a week now. Right now I finally have some time to blog about my twenty day roadtrip experience. And I need to write about it soon because  my realizations, memories, and experiences are fading in memory. Even more frustrating is that I just realized that the photos of the end of my trip didn't copy onto my computer, when I already erased the memory card. I'm so annoyed that I can't edit the rest of my photos right now, because I think of all the photos that I lost....I'll write more later, when I'm in a better mood.

To ease me into the idea of this epic journey, Jon and Peabody went with me for the first part of my roadtrip. It was really great to have them there because the vast expanse of the desert sometimes makes me feel lonely.


We hit up Marfa, the McDonald Observatory, and Balmorhea State Pool this weekend.
